Let admins mark an order as paid only when the payment is actually confirmed.
Send a professional “payment received” confirmation email to the customer.
Show manual payment status directly in the WooCommerce Orders list.
Display payment method, reminder action, and mark-as-paid controls as optional Screen Options columns.
Track reminder count and last reminder date on the order page.
Work with bank transfer, Revolut, Wise, cash on delivery, cheque, custom gateways, and more.
Detect Cash on Delivery / Ramburs orders and show “At delivery” instead of “Pending payment.”
Add a visible customer button to manage the order or change the payment method.
Integrate neatly with other WooUseful tools, such as Payment Email Instructions and Dispatch Delivery.

If a delivery/dispatch date or period exists in order meta, it shows it in the real customer email.

In WooCommerce email preview:

If Dispatch Delivery is active: shows a placeholder saying delivery estimates will appear there.
If not active: shows an admin-only suggestion to install WooUseful Dispatch Delivery from woouseful.com.
No Dispatch Delivery promotional text is shown in real customer emails.
